Update to boxed version?

I've just bought the download version of Commander: The Great War, and I'm thinking that this is one of those games where it would be handy to have the manual by my elbow rather than flipping back and forth on the computer. Is it possible to "upgrade" from the download to the Collectors Edition by paying the difference?

Hi Carandol,

we would like to but unfortunately the system doesn't allow us to do this. It is on our wish list but we don't have any current plans to implement at the moment.
