Perhaps they are just waiting for some "tail-end charlies" to get their lists in Dave.

Unless, of course, your men are all armed with two-handed axes.

Indeed. Our plan is to close our eyes at impact and stick our fingers in our ears. Or roll lots of fives. That's if we're not scampering across those lovely Tibetan mountains.

Congratulations, I knew as soon as I saw we were up against your Early Hungarian army in our last game we were in for a hiding.......it has been my army of choice for a while now, so I knew we would struggle to deal with it if you played it well. Once you broke through (which you did early on due to a mistake in our deployment) that was gonna be it, we just hoped to take enough points off you to hit 50 points for the weekend, which we did finishing on 50 points exactly I believe!

Well done, it was well deserved.

Thanks to the organisers as well, great weekend.

It seemed to me that you did it by having a good army structure and playing to the army's strengths: controlling the tempo of the game with the skirmishers and getting your strike troops away from hard targets and into soft ones! Well done gents.
