Thoughts on 0.1.1

First,
thanks for allowing us to test this early version.

1) Would be nice to "reveal" the version through alpha/beta from the launcher :)
2) In campagne it would be nice for the bigger maps and bigger number of units to see how much units have not moved/spend action points as a small text line like : From x available unity y has not moved yet ...
Maybe some small color improvement on the minimap so that I can see for example in purple which unity I had forgotten :)
The counter could even be used to give a hint before ending the turn like "You still have not moved y units. Do you really want to end?"
3) Skirmish. I only tried one time but it would be nice to give a "spacing" command. The roads all had been closed by walls as well as I had trouble selecting the right unity to be able to move my AT guns :)
4) Some tutorial for smoke? I tried the hard way and my infantry was decimated with smoke so I don't see how smoke really works. Is the smoke "cover" only on those tiles where I can see smoke and is the cover only working when I use "hunt"?

Otherwise I had no real problems :)

There is an openness option in the advanced skirmish setup which may be what you are looking for regarding the spacing of skirmish objects.

There will definitely be tutorials added in future versions covering a variety of topics. If a unit is behind a tile with smoke on it, they can not be seen or fired on directly through the smoke. If a unit is in a tile with smoke, they may be seen and fired on, but attacks will suffer a penalty to accuracy (as will their attacks out of the smoke).
