Additional purchase for the iPad version issue

OK, bought the game and love it. Purchased the 1939 Grand Campaign and have finished that...it was good enough that I'm ready to spring for all the extras...but the game won't let me. When I select Shop" it brings me to the purchase screen but instead of a "Buy" button for "give me everything" it has a play button, which just brings me to the game selection screen. What am I missing?

My guess is that because you have already purchased some other IAP, using the "give me everything" option would not be as good a deal?

Well, that's true, but since I'd only purchased one grand campaign it was still a cheaper option than individual purchases. What I ended up doing was deleting the app and then redownloading it and the "give me everything" button became available again. Item closed!
