While we have not specifically kept BA2 backward compatible with BA1 mods, it should not be dramatically tough to bring mods across. I believe that (currently) the map loader has been kept compatible (we're just too good to you...), although there will definitely be some data changes that need to be made to other elements of a mod.

Excellent - more hill heights and trenches - Vimy Ridge and Gallipoli here we come :)

Since this is the eastern front how about something like Tannenburg? Just for the spirit 8) I'd also like to see the Second Marne with French and US Troops along side the British
