Old corrupted MP games - can you remove?

I have two old multiplayer games which seem to be corrupted. They are both the same scenario against the opponent. It is my turn and if I open the game the screen is all black, although the interface is there. I am unable to do anything, even exit to the menu and have to close the program from Windows.

The games are:

The games are still showing as my turn, having been there for over two years. They are like a stubborn turd that cannot be passed.

Yeah, tried that. As I said, the turns seem to be corrupted somehow with a black screen (interface on the right still showing). No on-screen buttons or hot keys work. The only thing that can be done is to shut the game down using Windows Task Manager.

Alternatively I can delete your games via PBEM admin interface. Let me know if you prefer this solution.

If this facility is possible, is there a reason why my 25 month old corrupted turns that I have asked to be removed have not yet been deleted?

It would be a nice festive surprise if they finally disappeared...

When the corrupted games have been removed I shall revert the thread back to its original title.

That did the trick. I should imagine the feeling as being similar to eating nothing but a high-fibre diet for a while and then having a really big coffee.

For this kind of issues, it's always better to write an email to support. We can track more easier the things than in the forum.
