play game on computer and ipad?

i recently bought the ipad version of panzer corps, and i would like to know if this give me a licencr to also have the pc version?

to me it would make sense.

i noticed that in the idad its not as enjoyable as one could think the screen is too small.

I'm sorry but that's not possible. Apple don't allow that users with PC version of the game have a free iPad version.
So it's not also possible to give a free PC version with the iPad.
