[SOLVED]Nonexistent employee wants to quit

I'm getting the message that one of my employees wants to quit, however i've looked through all three of my buildings and I have no employee with the name of the employee that wants to quit.

EDIT:The employee's name is Katherina Rausch. And now Janise Edelson as well! These names don't match any of my people!
