You found it, did you ever play it.......what a game........was more like military planning........if only someone could recreate this to a modern platform.

Not sure about cardboard counters but before the video game was invented I remember we use to play with picture card, I'm not sure what you'd call it these days but each card would have a troop or armour etc and it defence and attack values and that was used in conjunction with a board with plastic tanks and soldiers - again this was from early childhood and my head has taken a few bashes since.

But many thanks for finding UMS - the smile on my face and the memories......only Champ Manager could beat it.

It will age me but just like Navaronegun; I remember the little cardboard counters playing AH's Tobruk and Panzerblitz games!

Hopefully we can see some dynamic changes in weather with rain and mud tiles on the Campaign map.! Surprisingly, lots of river battles will be inevitable...
