Healing in 1.1.9

Am i wrong or is healing now 20% no matter where you are if you use the healing option? To me it seems that you should get 10% in unowned territory, 15% in owned territory, 25% in a city and 35% in a fort or something like that.

If healing is the same in a fort as everywhere else, then I no longer understand the point of building a fort.

In my opinion 50% damage from Field Training is too much. Either decrease it to 40% or up city healing to 25%.

Really enjoying the Beta thus far. Haven't gotten into a war yet so I am itching to see if the AI is better.
