I can't find any information describing the meaning, or effects of the Advanced Options. Where can I find specific instructions regarding all of the Avanced Options listed?

Go to the FAQ / Common Questions thread and search there for Custom and Advanced Difficulty Settings explained and you will find a link to a very detailed explanation along with a lot of other useful informations.
