My problem is that after the updater does its thing and the screen goes black and loads the Proxy Games logo, the screen freezes untill I Alt-Tab out and Alt-Tab back several times. If and when I get the logo to come up, the screen is frozen...but not the cursor. After several Alt-Tab sessions sometimes the main Pandora screen comes up and I can click on a static button (ie it doesnt light up as you cursor over it). Then I must Alt-Tab several more times to get the "initializing" screen to come up then the game runs flawlessly. Have enjoyed several hours of game play since I purchased it this weekend. But now it wont let me play at all...the Alt-Tab sessions have led to a black screen resulting in my having to Ctrl_Alt-Del out to Task manager to end task and try again. I realize that I dont have an Nvidia card nor an ATI but the game runs fine once I can get into it. I have read all the workarounds and done all the msconfig and turned off all background stuff and still the same thing. So I have concluded its an issue with the starting screens for some reason.
