[Bug] End Season Thrown to Main Menu

I clicked through scheduling the extended biomission really fast with auto assign and clicked end season and suddenly I was in the main menu I tried to reproduce it it didn't work. The attached save is the last autosave:

attached autosave status
then end mission. successfull scheduled biomission over mc
then I assigned some people (I do not remember what exactly I did)
next I was very fast clicking through the windows to schedule extended biomission, autoassigning personell to the mission and clicking end turn
next I see is the main menu (apparently before next auto save was created)

no Idea what happened maybe I was too fast?

since I cannot reproduce it I can simply get the autosave, reload and keep playing so it is not game breaking for me but curious

Yes, this one was reported a few weeks ago! Unfortunately I haven't been able to reproduce it myself, but I'll keep an eye on it. Thanks for reporting it.

Should I keep reporting it with autosaves if I encounter it again? Could it help narrowing the problem down at some point or just clutter the forum?

After switching to "Windowed" mode (because the game does not offer my screen resolution of 1920x1200), I have a similar problem: When I click on "Back to Space Complex", sometimes I am thrown back into the main menu. After switching back to Fullscreen mode, the problem is gone. So it looks like this bug is linked to "Windowed" mode.

Thanks for the input, although I remember it occuring to me in fullscreen mode as well, though for me it was a very rare bug.

I have the same issue. In fullscreen mode as well.
