I'm sorry, but for game play questions or bug reports you have to post them on the forum.
The customer support helpdesk system will assist you on other technical issues, like download links, issues with game installation, serial number and account problems, game crashes, etc.

Regarding your issue with the multiplayer can you please post the your game details (players names and the scenario). I'll, ask a web admin to take a look in the issue.

The web admins told me that the game is in Smoothtesuji's turn.
You should contact your opponent as he should be seeing the game in his turn list.
