Can you make a new expansion about the Burma Campaign and Entitle it Burma Campaign and make the price $.99

Errrr. No? :) That wouldn't be a practical price for an expansion!

I'm not sure what special mechanics we would need for Burma - there are some specific tactics employed by both sides that would need to be coded.
