[NOT A BUG] Dead astronauts during apollo failure

Post by Munin »

Hi,

I've sent an Apollo crew to test the Lunar Modul in Moon orbit. (the mision direct before Apollo Moon landing). The test was o.k. but on the way back to Earth there was a failure and the mission has ended. But strangely no one of my astronauts died. (there was no message at the beginning of the next season and also all found all astronauts in there building).

B.t.w. - maybe it would be helpful, if the reason for a failure will be explained (could be a great possibility to learn more about space craft techniques :) )

Bye for now

Kai

Well, this is not a bug, rather a huge simplification.

For now you can simply define in the mission scripts if one step can kill astronauts or not. BTW this is going to be enhanced along with a proper partial failures system.
