@woody: Thank you :D I'm currently working on a solution to extract the bullet points of my adventures to provide them as a feedback.

The 28th episode is about my new project idea: landing on the Moon as soon as possible in BASPM.

Just after I launchend my ASAP to the Moon project, the first implementation of the campaign mode was released. The campaign now allows me to try the same thing, but I also have to deal with tight short-term goals. Moreover, I've to face a lot of failures.

My adventure with the new campaign mode continues. As usual, not everything works as planned and in the end, almost similar goals are causing some confusion.

The last episode's confusion is solved and we manage to catch up the setbacks of all the failures in this campaign mode.

A new patch, a new game, but this time, fortune seems to be on my side. This could be my best attempt ever :)

After I was so proud of my perfect working space program, I think I've jinxed it ... However, we can launch the Saturn V again!

I encounter a new issue in the beginning of this video - I'll come back to it in episode 37.

Apart from the issue, I have to fight with a lot of harsh failures.

Thanks for doing these videos very entertaining and informative. Dont give up on the setbacks - they happened in the real life NASA space program as well!

@nats: Thank you :-)

We continue on our road to the Moon and are working hard to catch up the lost time due to the failed missions.

We're making good progress towards the Moon, but unfortunately we encounter a glitch in the end :?

No new update means that we're stuck with the glitch from last week. Luckily, we're able to change to a new plan in the hope of leading the space program to a success.

The clock is ticking and we can't stop it. We need to hurry, if we want to succeed with the long term objective.

Why do your videos never fit in the box? I have played the Apollo missions that you played here and the video was perfect for all of mine. You must be playing the game at a resolution other than 1024x768 - it looks like a widescreen resolution you are using is it? That might also be causing you some of your other game instabilities you know.

I *think* is its because he is playing in a higher resolution than 1024x768.
There will be more resolutions supported in the final version, but as long as the gameplay elements are still being developped, 1024x768 is the only supported resolution.

IIRC the team will not include more resolutions before all graphical elements (including upcoming soviet hardware etc) are in the game.

@nats: Sabratha is right, I'm playing at 1280x720. I like to provide videos in HD (1280x720) or in Full-HD (1920x1080). In order to provide good image quality, I need to record the footage in the appropriate resolution.

The Moon mission goes on and we have only a few seasons left - will we be able to do it?

With version 0.7.15 the mission cost glitches for the Gemini Direct Ascent Missions are solved, so we'll travel back in time and try again to achieve the long-term campaign objective.

I'm proud to present you a very special episode of BASPM. This time, it's not so much about me dealing with failures. Furthermore, I'm not alone on the stage, I've invited a very special guest to join me for a short while! Excited? Great!

This very special episodes is nothing less than an interview with lead game designer Ignacio :-) We talk about the team, the early beginning and the development of the SPM. If you want to know more: watch the interview!

That was a great interview. Something that comes across very well is the remarkable attitude that Ignatio has to accepting feedback and suggestions from his game's community. Really nice to see. Hope the game ends up being very successful for him.

And Sebbi you are turning into our very own Scott Manley, next you will have to interview Buzz Aldrin himself!
