I have dead/wounded men for Disrupted, dead horses for Fragmented (I already had the latter around anyway for use as 'Blown cavalry' markers in Horse & Musket games). Dead man and horse for Routing.
Figures look much better than counters, IMO - a lesson from Fire & Fury, which started the trend of making rules look great and making the table look good, too.

I then remove the 40 mm base until such time as the commander can and does leave the BG as per the rules at which time he reverts back to the original 40 mm base.

Some of the local guys leave the commander in the rear, but mark him with a different color. Looks quite nice and is clearer. Especially when knights or cav are takign casualties and in funny positions fighting to flank etc.

Well I am not really keen on tokens as they don't appeal visually. I often play without but most seem to prefer tokens.

I ma prepping now for the Challenge and likly to take a medieval army for a change. So I thout I might do some markers that I find more visually attractive.:

2p and 1p coins put to good use for bases with cork on them -all flocked to the green colour of my other bases. Then pins with coloured heads for ease of picking up with medieval plags on them. I figure I can then just change the pins for Roman once with roman banners etc. Then I have markers that make my armylook even nicer when its losing - which is some consellation when it happens.

here's 2 pics of what they look like on the table:

Si,

You have one of three options:

1. Drink more, earlier, to get rid of the shakes
2. Drink less so you don't get the shakes
3. Learn how to use the Auto-Focus button on you camera

If not then you can expect a bill for an eye test on your doorstep as those pictures have sent me blind...

2 out of 4 photos without the shakes ain't bad for me .... although I have taken your tip and opened a bottle of wine. Actually the two out of focus ones look better so maybe try looking at them after a drink too!!

... I am sure your blindness has other causes....

... bit of not sue Sony they have much more money than me.
