iPad campaign stuck on France

Hi,

I have been playing the base game and took over france but it seems to be stuck in a loop where it restarts that scenario and I can't advance. I have a saved game right before I take the last city I need and when I complete the victory and hit proceed it starts over again.

Any ideas on how to move forward?
