Scenario Changes between patches?

Is there a list of any changes/tweaks made by patches for individual scenarios?

My question is prompted by how the "captured units" thread specifies a condition I see no evidence of when examining that particular scenario in the editor. Could it be that the script that grants you this unit has seen changes throughout patches?

I am thinking of the SE Fighter you can get from the Dash to the Wire scenario of Afrika Corps. The captured units thread say you get this unit as an reward for taking Tobruk:

Tobruk 15,4 BF109F Fighter

But per the 1.21 patch of said scenario there is no such thing. The SE Fighter is gained from exactly the same conditions as the SE Tank, namely by destroying the three desert hangars hidden in the south.

Could it be that the SE Fighter was originally awarded for the (much much more difficult) feat of taking Tobruk?

And thus my general question:

Check out whatsnew.pdf file in the game's install folder. It is the "official" change list, and we try to include everything there, but occasionally we may forget something.
