New Patch for IPad
I've purchased the new Fortress Metz in app add on and can't download same. I've also deleted the whole Battle Academy app from the I Pad and reinstalled it. Now I have the added issue that I can't now download any of the ad ons I've purchased previously.
Any bright ideas?

You don't need to download anything - the app comes with them all there and they are locked or not based on your purchases.
DO you mean you cant play them? Can you try restoring your purchases and see if this helps. If you uninstalled the app you will need to restore the purchases. If you purchased on another device you will also need to restore them to transfer them to the other device.
If this doesn't help can you explain exactly what the issue is as I'm not clear. Thanks!

Thanks. I had access to them all until yesterday as I had paid for the expansion apps available on IPad. When I placed the new patch on and purchased the Fortress Metz add on I could still use the other add ons but Fortress Metz would not download/unlock. Kept going through the process of re-purchasing and it kept saying I had already paid for it. If you press ok it will download. So I pressed ok but nothing downloaded. Then I deleted and re-installed on the same IPad as purchases were made. Now all the expansion packs have the same issue. I go through the process to purchase, it is acknowledged I've already paid for the expansion but it hasn't been downloaded yet and says press ok to download, however nothing happens when you do this. So now all the expansion packs are non-downloaded/unlocked even though I have been billed for Fortress Metz.

There isn't any noticable download on iPad. Once you have gone through the payment process (you will never be billed again for a purchased expansion, provided you are logged in with the same Apple id) the expansion should be available to play.

Thanks, seems to be some progress but still not able to get the download. Now seem to get the start of the download (as per all other previous experiences of adding apps on) but then never seem to stop. Tried to download Fortress Metz but after waiting almost 30 mins it still had me waiting.

Assuming you are connected to the internet, you might need to re-enable IAP purchases in your settings?

I read this thread with great disappointment - why - because I am having exactly the same problem and it seems to me that "Pip" has exactly the same answer for everyone - useless and "it's your fault." Please post a real solution - not the obvious is IAP purchases enabled.

What is the exact sequence of events that is happening for you? It might be better to start a new thread in the Tech Support forums to make your issue easier to track.

I bought the Metz expansion - it did not download, I try to download and it gives me a new in-app purchase opportunity, then it tells me I have already purchased it - but not downloaded it -

I have the same issue. Fortress Metz will not unlock (I am playing on iPad). IAP is enabled, internet connection works.
I select the campaign, then get the opportunity to purchase the add-on, click that and it tells me that I have already purchased the item but it has not been downloaded and says click ok to download, click ok and NOTHING happens.
The Fortress Metz Campaign icon in the campaign list still has a $ sign on it. The app history shows that I have purchased the campaign and the version history says version 2.50.
Can you help?

OK - I think I wasn't quite understanding the issues people are having. So, to clarify, this isn't an issue where you cannot purchase the IAP, but an issue where the purchase process has completed successfully (there should be a message confirming that everything worked) but the IAP is not unlocking?
I'm being confused by the "but it has not been downloaded" elements of your posts. The game doesn't have any such messages (nor requirements). Can you let me know what type of iPad and iOS versions you are running.

Hi Pip, thank's for getting back to me.
I'm on a 64 GB iPad operating IOS 7.0.4.
The 'already purchased but not down loaded pop-up looks like an app-store pop-up, not one of yours.

Urgh. OK - I am going to take a look and see what might be going on. With the popularity of iOS 7 I am sure this isn't something happening to all players, so we need to work out what it causing your devices to fail to unlock.

Hi guys - I am looking into this further. Can I get some more information - if everyone can give me their iOS version and specific device info (e.g. iPad Air, or 3, or 4) as well as their territory that would help a lot.

Sapper I have an iPad3 with iOS 7.0.4 and it works for me in UK. If anyone else with the issue can report that would be great to see if there is a pattern.

Hello everyone. We have had some luck with a workaround for this issue (which seems to be on the Apple side unfortunately so we cannot patch around it).
Please try:
1 - do a reboot of your iPad (hold down the power button and then slide when it prompts to power down).
2 - restart the device
3 - delete the app
4 - reinstall the app
5 - reinstall the IAPs
We have had some luck with this with other customers having the same issue, so please let us know if it works for you!
