Menu problem(s)

[Paleodude]

After I update my game to v. 0.7.9 upon starting the game the intro cinematic played fine but when the main menu came up all of the buttons were blank. When I clicked on them they worked, however the sub-menus were also blank and no instance of the game could be started.

Welcome to the forums! Looks like you're missing the Scripts folder with the text strings. Did you place the contents of the 0.7.9 rar package on top of a an up to date 0.7.8 installation?

Then I'm not sure what's going on I'm afraid. This is the first time a player reports such a problem. Can I ask you to reinstall the game, apply the 0.7.8 patch and see if that works? If it does, then apply the 0.7.9 on top of it.

Regarding your other question: not that I'm aware of. Don't worry about it, though. Maybe next time you can upload a txt file instead as an attachment.
