bug: advance settings remembering only a few settings

When you start a new game the advance settings for temperature and the tech tree visibility arnt remembered from game to game while other settings are. I dont like starting in cold climates nor surrounded by water so I've started up a few games in a row. What would be nice is a "start new game with previous settings" hotkey like Civ has and Stardock uses in its games so you dont have to go through the meus
