I assume everything will be fixed on Monday so maybe 2 days without PBEM is worth the wait!

Assuming you can play the games you currently have running, and from other reports people can successfully start new games once they complete in-flight ones. So it's hardly 2 days without PBEM.

As I said, this is working as intended other than the fact that the reported game counts for some people are lower than we would expect.

The team is looking into it to try and work out why some people are seeing lower counts than would be expected.

That is essentially my question. I am at 8. I'd like to know what the number is supposed to be. Obviously a limit needs to be in place, but what is it?

From prior recollection the limit is 20. It does look like this is not functioning correctly for some people and so we are looking into the issue to work out what is going on.

We believe that this issue should now be fixed - so please let us know if there are any ongoing problems. Note that this temporary fix involves turning the restrictions off for now, so the (correctly working) 20 game restrictions will probably be back at some point.
