SET center 0.75

The desription of the SET center tells me the basic building allows for 10 persons. The mechanics only allow for 6 though. Not sure if the mechanics are flawed or desciption needs updating :).

Also, another upgrade level could be useful : 20 scientists/engineers are not a lot when you have enough funds to research all the various programs ! :wink:

OK, I've bumped it to 25. Notice that you can tweak the value yourself by editing the SpaceComplexData.xml file located at Scripts\Data Scripts\General Container.
