[BUG] Blank Screen of Death (Recruitment Gone Wrong)

Just realized I posted this is the wrong topic :/. I've been getting this blank screen bug, and it's driving me nuts. From my current savestate, Follow these steps to reproduce the bug.

1) Click on the Headquarters Building
2) Click the "Manage Programs" Button
3) Select the X-15 Experimental Spaceplane
4) Select "Schedule Mission"
5) Select "Assemble Now"
6) Select "Start Assembly Process"
7) Click "Proceed" at Mission Component Screen
8) Select your Flight Controllers. I don't think this matters, but I pick the top one on the list for every category, choosing Boosters first, then Trajectory, then Space Plane Systems, then Flight Director
9) "Confirm Assignments" of your flight controllers
10) Assign Dell Hunnicut as your pilot.
11) Click the silhouette representing Dell Hunnicut in the Pilot box.
12) The game will then try and redirect you to the recruitment screen because there are no free astronauts. Select the option to go to the recruitment screen.
13) Realize that recruiting astronauts is pointless because they have to be trained and you can't use them this season anyway. Choose "Cancel"
14) Voila, blank screen.

Thanks for reporting this. I believe the problem with the forum's quota is now fixed, can you post your savefile so that I can troubleshoot it?
