Impression and bugs

Bug: Capturing of a city of a friendly faction does not cause war.

Deficit: Too few saves and they are changed peculiarly after loading.

Impression: Good, but an adviser is still needed like in Civilization.

someone actually plays civ with the advisor on heh? I agree there is a big need for more info

Reproduced.

I think the bug has to do with the amphibious movement. Assaulting from land doesn't work.
