So first off I just would like to say thanks to the dev team for their hard work on this pretty awesome game! Your dedication to it is definitely commendable! And I really like how you take the time to read the posts that people put up and actually reply to them, obviously as the fan base expands this will become more and more difficult for you but I'm sure we understand that.
My second point is about your dev post regarding updates and the changelog. You've set a release date of 08 Nov 13, which is awesome because I love knowing when to expect new things, however, coming from Kerbal Space Program where the devs never release their new update timings, I was wondering why you do this? Do you set yourself a release date and then whatever has been done up to that point is released with it? And is this going to continue or will it become a release based on goals for that release date? E.g. "We want to have X, Y and Z in this update and we will not be releasing it until they have been successfully implemented". Just curious about your approach to the updates.
Also, on a minor point, how many people are on the dev team that works on this game and are there plans in progress to get more people on board?
Thanks again!

Indeed, yes. Activity in the forums has become really intensive (especially since I also have to monitor the one at Matrix Games' website

About the changelog and the updates: my plan is to release a patch every Friday, so that you guys can try something new over the weekend. What you get on that patch will be variable, sometimes it will be mostly bugfixes (I usually try to address the showstoppers as soon as I can), sometimes it will be bugfixes plus new content and sometimes you will get a new feature. It's hard for me to predict as there are so many things going on. Hopefully a month from now you'll be getting more content and features and less bugfixes

The core dev team is made of 4 developers:
Mauricio, who lives in Argentina and makes all the 3D models and static renders.
Boris, who lives in Canada and makes the UI artwork and the mission animations (he also gets some help from his wife and his brother).
Christian, who lives in Argentina and is in charge of the audio (he gets some help from another composer).
and myself. I live in the UK and I'm writing the code, doing the game design, researching information and coordinating the efforts of the rest of the team.
We all have day jobs as well but, even though we're not working at the same office, we manage to make progress. I'm not planning to bring anyone else on board at the moment, since bringing that person up to speed will stall the development for weeks I'm afraid!
Cheers,
