I can't start the game (error message)

Hi,
I have installed the game and after the update it just closes and displays an error message (Pandora has encountered a problem and needs to close. Please contact support with game logs and save games)
I tried twice, on but same problem.
I run windows 8.1 64. All my games run fine and windows 8.1 is freshly installed.
Any idea? I can give you the other informations you could need, just ask.
(sorry for my english)

If it's the same issue I had, see the 3rd post in this thread for a fix:
viewtopic.php?f=204&t=45957 (should work on any OS)
