Rocket Track Record Doesn't Work

The Rocket trackrecord seems to be broken. It doesn't track missions, but remains at "0". For instance, here is a screenshot of the R-7, which had been flow successfully beginning 10 years previously, yet shows 0 flights.

Yes, there was some missing code in there. I've added it now, you will get it in the next update (v 0.7.4).
