Apologies, I won't be able to make this - something else has come up.

I was going to bring Ottomans so you can give someone the 3 wins :-)

List almost ready for submission. Might even get to put in out on the table before the comp (OK, lets not pretend...). Now all I need to know is who do I send the list to for checking.

Don - I checked the first post on the thread and all subsequent. Maybe it is there and I can't see it (blokes can't find things etc...) but a cluette would be appreciated.

Rather breaking with tradition I had a try out with my army today. I was relatively pleased with how it went and know more about where it will struggle, which was frankly more important. Got some ideas about how to mitigate some of the weaknesses of the army. Ready as I am ever going to be. Looking forward to seeing everyone in 2 weeks' time.

With Warfare over, the next competition will be the last round of the FOGR Southern League at Milton Keynes. So far we have 21 entrants but there is space for more so if you're thinking of entering please let me know - the more the merrier!

If anyone would like to enter but doesn't have an army then just let me know. Between myself, Jim Gibson and Alasdair we have plenty of armies we can loan you for the day.

So far I have 5 armies lists in and checked and would like to get the Runners and Riders up by next Sunday evening. Therefore could you get your lists to me as soon as possible so I can get them checked. You can send them to my email address don.avis@ntlworld.com

Look forward to seeing you all again in 2 weeks.

Dear All,

Surprise Xmas concert and hotel stay are sadly going to make me miss the MK round of the Southern league.

Hi,

If there are still places left I might be interested in replacing Brian?

Cheers,
