Disbanding units and prestige

I've just tried to disband units for the first time, using 1.21 and GC. I was under impression that I will get some prestige for them, but got none... is this WAD or is there some condition to get the prestige?

You only get prestige when you disband inbetween battles, not once a battle starts. :D

Thanks, I'll try that. It'd be nice to get something for getting rid of all those overpowered heroes GC throws at you ;)
