Afrika Korps Question

Hi, newbie here. If I buy the Afrika Korps expansion does it bridge into the Grand Campaign relatively seamlessly? Or do you for instance push the Allies out of Greece, then fight 20 battles in the desert and reappear into the Grand Campaign at the same spot you would have pre-expansion. Does your success in Africa alter the Grand Campaign in any way? Does failure set you back?

Thanks in advance for any help the forum can provide. I really enjoyed PGII's ability to offer so many different outcomes because of success or failure in Africa am hoping it is the same here.

Afrika Korps campaign is totally independent from the Grand Campaign. You start AK with a new core.

I THINK someone made a mod for importing DLC stuff into afrika corps.
