Field of Glory: The Card Game?

I was kind of looking forward to this card game version of Field of Glory that was being published via Treefrog Games, when I read now that they have been asked to cease production, destroy any copies they have, and remove mention of it on their website. Does this mean that the game is permanently dead, or that you are taking it elsewhere to be published? Any information on this would be appreciated.

Note, I posted this in General since it obviously doesn't belong in the digital area, nor did it seem to be appropriate to the tabletop forum as that is referring to the minatures game.

Well it seems that in the span of a day, whatever issues there were with Treefrog Games regarding the FoG card game have been resolved, and it's back to green status and should be available at Essen. Excellent news to me anyway as the card game looks quite interesting.
