connection problems & multiplayer

I am able to sometimes connect to MP, but not always. I see others have had same problem. Any timeline on a fix?

Sorry, no timeline. We are looking into this, but until now we haven't been able to found the cause of the issue.

I see others are having the same problems as me. I live in Korea and for about the last 3-4 days my MP connection has been in two modes: very slow or not working at all

failed to connect, failed to connect, failed to connect.... and so on.
Then getting a mail from slitherine that I'm multiple downloading the game....:

We note you are still consistently downloading your turns multiple times.
If you are having technical issues you need to contact our tech support team immediately via info@slitherine.co.uk.
A member of the team has been notified and your account will be locked out of the PBEM++ system until the issue is resolved.

I think there has been a serverside change since last thursday because before, everything always went well.
Don't lock my account but fix your problem.

Please, fix the issue !

I am having the same issues. It would not connect last week. After a couple of days I was able to connect and now it is back to not connecting.
I wanted to add to this thread so I will be notified when the "problem fixed" post is added...

Just adding that I have the same problem as do a number of people I do multiplayer with .

We thought we had fixed the problem this afternoon, but it seems that there are still issues with the PBEM server.
Sorry guys. We are doing our best and hope to fix it soon.

To help us to pinpoint the cause, could you send us an email to multiplayer@slitherine.co.uk when the problem occurs with the following info: time when the problem occured (including timezome), game and your Internet IP address.

I have problems again to connect with the multiplayer. Since yesterday evening i always get the message that i have to check my internet connection, but thats no problem.
Of course i updated the new patch and yesterday during the day i had no problems.

It's working fine again and i don't know what was the problem.

I cant log in into multiplayer. "serial number is non-existent". Yesterday it worked fine but now out of nowhere this popped up.

Edit: Now everything works as inteded.
