Server problems

was able to connect to the beta server and play my turns without issues.

Now for the regular server...it still won't let me connect...

Can't download any MP turns from 0630-0700 Monday morning 30/9. I have two 'Rescue' games with Reform ready to go, but the download times out each time.

was able to get to play all my turns without any big issues just now...not sure if it is fixed but It was good sign at the moment

Been having problems since last Friday. Either can't connect in the first place or when I can, I cant upload my turn. I doubt it's related but its coincided with upgrading to IOS7 on the iPad.

Still some problems with uploading my moves. However, even though I had to discard my turn, it seems that my orders somehow went through anyway.

Seems to be super slow now to start turns ... used to be 3 to 4 seconds, now it's like 20-30 seconds to download the turn.

But now, I get an email from Slitherine claiming that I'm cheating by downloading turns multiple times when the whole issue has been the stupid server failing to allow me to upload turns when I've finished with them over the past 3 days!!!!!

Anyone else get this nasty note? I'm not pleased.

Server down again. Using a Windows based computer.

This has been going on for over a week and I am nearing the point of giving up on this game and accepting that I simply will not receive the promised service I paid for.

If you are playing a free version of this game you obviously have more brain cells than I do and most likely unmoved by this very poor online service.

What are you talking about with the 'free version' stuff?

All of us are experiencing the same server issues this past week with little word from Slitherine on the subject.

My complaint was that Slitherine sent me a nasty email threatening to bar me from multi-player games since they think I'm cheating due to the fact that I try to load a game only to have it fail (due to the server). By doing this again and again (since I don't know when the server is working again), it seems like I download the turn, try it and then kill my session since I did not like the results.

THAT IS NOT TRUE in my case. The reality is that I never even get the turn fully downloaded on my system. But, their system thinks it is ... I've yet to see Slitherine try to address this.

We'll they said they were restarting. Perhaps a hacker took advantage and attacked the system and Slith isn't telling us? But in all fairness, for the time being, Slith should stop sending the "cheater email" due to these problems. I can tell its pissing people off

Still getting the same loading failures in the UK as with the other guys. It's a bit frustrating.....
