Possible PBEM server fix

Hi guys,

at the weekend our data center had a crash and though everything appeared to recover ok. However some settings were lost which we just found and these have now been reverted and we are hoping these will fix the issue.

Can you please retry and let us know if you continue to have problems.

The issues was fixed at ~7pm GMT on October 1st

Just tried to send one at 16.50 GMT timed out been ok earlier in day.!!??

Also just tried to load game from my MP list told me to check my interepnet connection Sorry

Sorry Iain but the problems persist.
After 60 counter : Failed to load the turn correctly....

I'm continuing to see problems plus the warning that I download turns multiple times.

Well that was new.........

Been working abit better today, just came on forum read this thread so thought I'd try a game, logged in to BA and got a message saying I HAD BEEN KICKED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please tell me this is a little joke you Slitherine tech guys are playing on us.

This is so wrong that the people who try to advance this game are being treated like this. I have played this guy so many times and we have had so much fun on this forum I have NO ISSUES at all with his honesty and for an automated response to tell him he is binned is unforgivable. For gods sake look at your recent forums to see who are participating in the growth of this game and genre and you treat them like this. Shameful.
