Ticket?

Hi,

I contacted the support because I can't get to work my exes for BA and several add ons after a new OS install on my notebook. I provided the codes of registration and today I received an email:
Thank you for contacting the Slitherine Ltd. / Matrix Games. Your request has been received and a new ticket #2013093010000223 has been generated.
So, what am I supposed to do with that now? Can I use this 'ticket' for a new download (if so where and how?) or is this just some internal 'you are number so and so and we'll get back to your issue if we have time' message?

Ok, seems it was supposed to be the latter, support sent me the download links :)
