Download connection

Every time I try to download a multiplayer game it takes ages then says failure to download check connection then I get emails asking why I'm making multiple down loads my connections good great game but rapidly loosing interest help !

I am having this issue too. Very frustrating. I have been trying to download a turn from a friend of mine over and over again for more than 10 minutes now and I keep hitting the same wall. This has been going on for about a week now.
