BA locks up when.....

When I click on the OPTIONS ICON my game locks up....this just started.....I have all the latest updates....is there a fix for this problem? Thanks

It's not something anyone else has reported. I would suggest deleting your .../My Games/BBCBA folder, and perhaps a reinstall.

Multiplayer games - no. They are all stored on the server.

To be honest, given the number of unique issues you are having, I would recommend running a RAM checker on your machine. It could be you have a rogue stick which is causing random issues for you.

A google search on RAM checker should bring up some good solutions. Generally they are best run from a USB or CD so they can work from boot and check things thoroughly. If you have W7 then I think it has one built in:
