Hi,
Mounted cannot interpenetrate artillery. Does that include mounted who have just taken enemy art? Also if art has friendly mounted behind can those mounted do an intercept charge?

I would say yes to 1 and no to 2

Yes, because the minute the mounted touch an unprotected base of Art, it is captured and you cannot interpenetrate friendy artillery.

I'd have to check, but you cannot EVER interpenetrate to intercept.
