Summary Sheets for FOG V2 AM

Is it possible to download the summary sheets for FOG AM V2.0 so that I can print them out onto A3? I just can't read them in the book.

If they are available where are they?

Put URLs in the '[' url']''['/url']
and use the first to put the address in '['url=the address']' then you can put whatever nice text between the delimiters before closing with '['/url']'

putting the arg into argumentative, except for the lists I check where there is no argument!
