As far as I understand, the pollution can in the city window, shows that pollution is increasing, so it is a negative effect, shouldn't the value for Pollution be printed in red, like the other values when they are a penalties. i.e. positive pollution being a liability it should be in red to make it immediately clear that your are doing poorly in recycling your trash. So far it seems that the condition for being printed in red is only baed on the "-" sign.

It would be appreciable if we were able to monitor the pacts at works between other factions, so far I think we can only see our own pacts and treaies with the AI but not the relationship between AI factions.

Well, actually you can.
I didn't notice this at first too, but when you hover the others factions in the diplomacy window, a popup layer will show the standing and pacts with others factions the same way you see in your own.
