Is the v2 rulebook still in print?

It is my understanding that the V2 rulebook is print on demand, is that true? I'm wary about dropping £30 on a webstore I've never used before and having to sit around waiting for 6 months for the next print cycle. I can't seem to find any stores stocking it in the UK so this seems to be my only port of call, as I do not own a tablet.

I don't know how many copies remain (if any) but a few months back Slitherine did order a bulk print. They also did post here that they had 'some' stock in a warehouse overseas (Germany or the US, can't remember which) in early August. Don't know if that has been exhausted but my experience is that they are usually quite good at telling you if your order will be delayed.
