First Time downloading

I am a new tester. I am running Windows 8 enterprise with Norton 360 Premier on a high end machine.
I downloaded beta 18.1 and ran. Was notified there was an update tried to update took a very very long time to download and then download failed so I tried again without downloading and got the attached error again. I tried on another computer same specs 4 instead of 6 CPU got same error. I tried running in admin mode. Got same error.
