Gallic Light Chariots - no shooting ? and other questions.

Can Gallic light chariots shoot ?
Don't they have javelins ?

If Roman archers are shooting at chariots with their bows , do they hit on a 4+ ?
I can't find any POA for shooting at chariots for anything ?

They do have javelins, but aren't considered able to lay down sufficient javelin "fire" to qualify for a shooting capability. The same applies to all chariots and Cavalry with light spear.

That is correct. If no POAs are specified hits are on 4+.
