No multiplayer

FInally decided to try multiplayer only to discover I could not connect. I get this message 'The server has been unable to validate your details'. Please help. I am registered and have all add-ons.

Is it possible that your game or expansions could be registered to another account? If not, then please send your details (including your serial numbers) to support@slitherine.co.uk and we will check it out.
