Orbital bombardment locks up game

There is an Imperium transport in hex 48,35. I have tried to use an orbital bombardment on it now several times and everytime I do, the game locks up.

I have played the game a little further and find that only when you attempt an orbital bombardment on water does it lock up the game. If you do an orbital bombardment over land it works and the game goes on fine.

Is this behavior new with the latest 19.0 patch? Bombardment has always worked for me (water/Land) but I haven't updated to 19.0 yet.

Yes, I've never had a problem with bombardment before the version 19 upgrade. Also, I have been having the game lock up when bombarding units on land now, too. Seems to be every time on water but only sometimes on land.

Orbital bombardment crashed for me as well with a "Network Error Unknown". The game took me back to the Menu Screen. This happened with orbital bombardment over water. It did not occur with orbital bombardment on land. Using Windows 8.
