Cannot decompress demo game file

After downloading the games 'Chariots of War' and 'Spartan', I found it impossible to decompress the files. The error message is:

Extracting to "C:\Documents and Settings\Earnest To\Local Settings\Temp\wz1f8\"
Use Path: yes Overlay Files: yes
Extracting CoWDemo.exe
CRC check failed

Can any kind soul help me to solve this problem? TIA!

It sounds a lot like the files failed to download correctly. That is the error you woudl get if they did. Did you use a download manager? If not we highly reccomend you do, as it sorts out 99% of these problems.

Unfortunately the only answer is to download the files again, but with a download manager. Hope this helps!

I am using Flash Get to download the file.

If the problem repeats it could be that the file you are downloading has become corrupt on the server. If this happens let us know which mirror you were trying to download from and we'll test it from here.
