rallied artillery

If you rally an artillery unit does it ever count as spent. I don't think it does but just wanted to check to make sure.
We both had lots of spent and broken units in our last bash.

No.

If it routed it may have lost attachments if it had any.

That's what I had thought. Never attached anything to artillery.
